#MirthMusicMon – A Kitten and Fever

29 Sep

It’s that day of the week again.

The one where a small group of bloggers work toward the mutual goal of making you laugh and then listen to some music.

That’s right, Mirth and Music Monday.Β  πŸ˜€

This week I came across a video that, yes, is an ad for cat food, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t funny.

Totally unrelated in any context is a song I really like:

Sometimes simplicity is the best. πŸ™‚

That’s it for me this week.

If you would like to check out who else might be playing along with Mirth and Music Monday go ahead and click HERE.

That link will also take you to where you can input the address of your post if you should choose to join in the fun. All you need is something funny and something musical and you to can be added to the ranks of #MirthMusicMon bloggers.

Have a Great week!

“I think they are training us to be astronauts.” ❀ I'd seen this video before but I had forgotten just how good it was.

Ahh, Fever is such a great song.

The deadpan delivery of whomever did the voice of the older cat is what made that video so funny. πŸ™‚ And who can resist the pure cute that is Kitten?

I have heard many versions of Fever, but Peggy Lee’s version will always be my favorite.

Thanks for commenting! I love to hear your thoughts. πŸ˜€

Reblogged this on Rose's Road and commented:

My 3.75 month old daughter has not been sleeping well the last couple days. As a result my brain is fried and she’s still jumping me through hoops as she fusses at me…Especially, it seems, when I attempt to be productive. Oh, well. :/
